• • The term "Drone Pilot" refers to the representative of Soarin Drone Services.
• • The "Client" denotes the individual or organization to whom the invoice is directed.
• • The term "Task" encompasses all work completed after the acceptance of a booking.
• • Soarin Drone Services operates under the trading name of Soarin Drone Services LLC, a company registered in the United States.
• • These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Soarin Drone Services and the Client. Any deviations are applicable only when pre-approved and documented in writing.

Initial Inquiry

• • The Client must complete an Enquiry Form to facilitate research and assess the feasibility of the task before a booking is possible.
• • Upon receipt of the Enquiry Form, Soarin Drone Services will conduct an initial assessment, outlining any required upfront payments and engaging in discussions regarding potential booking options.

Booking and Cancellation

• • After agreeing on the task outline, Soarin Drone Services will email the Client a Booking Reference. Confirmation from the client is necessary for the booking to be considered final.
• • Once the Client confirms a booking for a specific time and date, Soarin Drone Services will refrain from accepting other work during that period.
• • In the event of a cancellation, fees apply based on the time frame, and the client is responsible for any incurred expenses.

Payment Terms

• • Payment terms are strictly net 28 days, unless agreed upon in advance and in writing.

Standards and Safety

• • Soarin Drone Services aims to operate at the highest standards, complying with relevant regulations.
• • Pilots adhere to defined standards, and equipment is maintained to the highest standards.
• • The client must ensure that any remains provided for scattering are solely from a crematorium and do not include additional items, trinkets, or chemicals.

Liability and Indemnity

• • While Soarin Drone Services exercises reasonable care, it is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by the Client or any third party arising from the use of its services.

Applicable Law

• • This Agreement is subject to and constructed according to U.S. law, with exclusive jurisdiction granted to the courts of the United States.
• • No variations in terms and conditions are effective unless agreed upon in writing by both parties.
• • Email communication constitutes a legal contract unless the Client expressly states otherwise and provides hardcopy documentation of relevant agreements and contracts.

Client Confidentiality

• • The Drone Pilot and Soarin Drone Services commit to keeping confidential and not disclosing information communicated for the task's purposes, except as reasonably necessary to fulfill their obligations in relation to the commission.
